نود إبلاغكم بأن سنتوقف عن استقبال الطلبات ابتداءً من تاريخ ١٧ يوليو وحتى ١٨ أغسطس، وذلك نظراً لبدء فترة تطوير داخلية تشمل تحسينات تقنية على المتجر وتحديثات في آلية العمل تماشياً مع خططنا المستقبلية للارتقاء بالخدمة والتجربة التي نقدمها.
نؤكد أنه سيتم ضمان توصيل جميع الطلبات التي تم تسجيلها قبل تاريخ ١٧ يوليو، لكن خلال فترة التوقف لن يكون هناك رد على الاستفسارات أو أي تواصل عبر القنوات المعتادة.
وسيتم استئناف الرد على الرسائل وفتح باب الطلبات من جديد بشكل رسمي بتاريخ ١٨ أغسطس.

We would like to inform you that our store will pause order processing from July 17th until August 18th, as we begin a planned development phase that includes technical improvements to the website and updates to our operations, in line with our future goals to enhance the overall service and shopping experience.
Please rest assured that all orders placed before July 17th will be processed and delivered as scheduled. However, during this period, we will not be able to respond to inquiries or messages through any of our usual channels.
